melanie4_bernal @mginopolis not a problem! I got an email asking me to accept the product and saw there was the option to say something was wrong. I'm glad it seems to be working out. If you know the tracking number still, I was told the return will use the same tracking number. And thank you that is sweet. I will take May and gift it to my friend who is getting two of the four rings as well!

mginopolis Hi Melanie: I continue to check status on our shipping label for the rings, still nothing yet! I have also email, once again. I’m wondering if it’s possible for you to cancel the order, I can re-list and you can re-purchase I’m not sure if u can cancel the order however, if u can you may be able to receive quicker. I can’t believe how long this is taking!!!

I did receive an email directly from customer service asking for the tracking number which is the same as when you sent it since I did not open the package. Maybe you could check that number and see where the original package is? I don't believe I have it anywhere. I will ask for an update as well!
