finnryan Hi there, glad you received your items and sorry they weren't to your satisfaction. I think the picture of the bracelet set you purchased clearly shows the beaded bracelet is a different tone of gold, as it is supposed to be to add contrast to the set and was made with a brushed and petina style gold. But again I am sorry you weren't completely happy, but I do feel I accurately represented the bracelets in the multiple photos that were posted. Be well.

snickers020 Hello.. You Recently placed an order for boots. I listed them as man made but the material smells and feels like genuine leather. I don’t have the box and there isn’t any markings on the boot indicating the material in which it was made. I just want to make sure you’re ok with leather material shoes as I know some are against wearing any shoe derived from animal skin. Just let me know if it’s ok to ship the boot as it may be actually leather not man made.

brandylangley Melanie...I am SO sorry about the delay on the coat you purchased from me. Last week, I had bagged up some clothing I couldn’t fit into anymore to donate to charity, and the coat was in there. 😩 I finally got it back last night once the store located it. I do apologize for this, I have it packaged up ready to go today, but I will not send now. Again, I am so very sorry for the delay. I haven’t had this happen before. 😥
