denvergurl @tonyalee61 I started the Isagenix system for nutrition a little over a year ago and started walking for exercise. I ❤️ Isagenix and have finally found something I can sustain. I am now rucking (look up Go Ruck) and going to Orangetheory Fitness for exercise, 5-6 days a week. So far I’ve lost 80 pounds and am still going strong. If Isagenix is something you’re interested in exploring, let me know. It’s been great for me.
