rubystar1010 Hi I hope you can help me. I had someone make four separate purchases yesterday rather than make a bundle. I have reached out to Poshmark twice and have not gotten a clear answer. I cannot let this person pay four shipping costs with a clear conscious. Can you inform me as to how she can cancel her order so that she can reorder as a bundle. melaniematteo @rubystar1010 @rubystar1010 hi! Have you reached out to the buyer? I would give her a heads up what your plan is. Sometimes people buy things for others and have them shipped different places (are all the shipping addresses the same)? If the buyer is OK with it, I would cancel all the sales and then add them into one bundle for her to purchase again.

melaniematteo @rubystar1010 There should be a button on each listing that allows you to list it again without having to take all new photos. I think this would be under “problems” after it is cancelled, but there are you tube and google that say how. PM is good about getting back if you direct message on Instagram also.
