enzo4u Ciao Melanie, First and foremost. Thank you for your assistance, I’m still fairly new to Poshmark. I did proceed with opening a case, as you suggested. Fortunately, the day package was delivered it was sunny and clear from rain. I imagine package was exposed to rain, through some point in shipping exposure to elements process.

enzo4u ..I had inquired in initial message to you, if this shirt was regularly Dry Cleaned or, wet process through washer machine laundering? I just wondered because, am concerned that commercial dry cleaning chemicals can occasionally create a significant discoloration/bleeding of colors when significant moisture has been exposed. I’ve worked in apparel, interior design for 30+ years and am all too familiar with a variety of fabric/textile reactions through different exposed processing.

mellresales @enzo4u Hi again. I believe that the shirt was always dry cleaned it I am not 100% sure of that fact. How is it looking now that it has had time to dry? Does it appear damaged/discolored? I can’t figure out how it arrived to you wet if it was a dry day. Makes no sense but it definitely had to be exposed at some point.

mellresales I’m sorry that you had to experience this. I’m fairly new to Posh myself (Sept 2018) but I’ve sold 100’s of items and never had this happen. I believe that they will file the claim with USPS but we will have to wait to see how they proceed. Thanks for being so understanding and easy to work with.

mellresales @jpmomx2 Hello, , I can certainly ship it out tomorrow. I would hope you’d have it by Thursday but sometimes things can get delayed by the USPS. I’ve shipped over 600 packages and 99% of them arrive when they are supposed to but there have been 1 or 2 that have gotten stuck at the post office an extra day or two. I will ship tomorrow if you want to take the chance. I’m sorry for your loss.
