nybor1108 @franklin2015 go to your purchases section click on the ring set then hit the "problem with order " button in bottom left corner, then click open a case, then type you received the wrong item. They will review it and send you a return label to send it back to me. Then i can send correct item when i get them back

franklin2015 i dont understand the part about having to open/send pic from at least one pic i cannot get any further from this particular part in the process. its like its wanti ng me to open file but nothing is in a file anyway so what the heck is it asking me to do exactly? cannot get any further cuz of this.......so what do i need to do to either get past this particular part or set up what ever in the heck its asking me to do

franklin2015 its asking me to choose files. what for? theres nothing in them anyway thats why im super super super frustrated. my first flipping order from this app & wahlah its all jacked up. lol not blaming you just need help understanding that "choose file" part to get any further

franklin2015 what a nonfriendly using app this is. is seems like once you have something bought u cant even review it anymore cuz its "sold" and all you can see is the pic of what you ordered the shipping address , how its being paid for but to actually pull details back up on a product after purchasing.......is a damn nightmare. just super annoyed with their policies already.you cant talk to anybody just stuck. thankfully u reached out to me as well as i was trying to you

nybor1108 @franklin2015 You don't have to send a picture just hit the problems/order inquify In the bottom left hand side then, then It or a not as described, then Open a case, Can you just write a brief summary "that you didn't receive the correct item" you don't click on the picture boxes. then up in the right hand corner hit submit. poshmark will review it and send you a label to send back uniform
