@the7ofyou Hi! Do you have a refund policy? Unfortunately, the flat iron doesn’t work. It turns on and begins to heat, but it doesn’t actually straighten my or my daughter’s hair. It’s so weird. I think maybe something is off with the ceramic plates. We had to put it back in the box and just use our little $20 one we got from Target that works great. I was just trying to get another flat iron for my daughter so she wouldn’t continue to borrow mine, but it doesn’t straighten. Sorry.

I’m not sure how Returns work on poshmark, however if you want to return it I completely understand!
Also there is an unused warranty inside the box you can call ISO Beauty and used the warranty to get a another brand new flat iron if you’d like. All you need is the Sku which is written above the bar code to get a new one from their warehouse
