theposhpennypdx Hey. Not sure in MA if you need a resellers license because when you do go to buy wholesale. Some sites don’t. I would try sites called Love tree fashion.com or Dearlover.com. One of those does not require resellers lic. Also check B & G trading. For used - swap.com or thredup.com, Goodwill. I have found some pretty good things and there that are often NWT at the bins. Estate & garage sales, friends. Oh there is one more it is called theoutnet.com. Higher end things.
