@janiez54 Hi. I would like to minimize all the messages and alerts. I am on Poshmark just to locate hard to find items. It is not a social club for me. How do I avoid all the “so and so is now following you” messages.

@janiez54 For Example, I looked at one seller’s item. Now she is “styling” me and offers me discounts etc. I would like to avoid all this.

@parigimm Hi Melanie! Hi! I understand your frustration! Unfortunately, the notifications that you're being "followed" is an active part of the newsfeed. You have the option to not look at the news (bell-shaped icon at the bottom of your home page). That's where all that occurs!

@parigimm Hi, again! As far as being styled by someone, I never style anyone because I find that pushy! Just be honest. Write a comment that you prefer not to be styled or ignore it totally! That should take care of it. If it doesn't, you have the option of reporting that person for harassing you. Unfortunately, there aren't any other options.
