rjsgems Melanie, I'm asking about allowing a return of the Flatware so that you can receive a credit since it was damaged in shipping. I cushioned it in newspaper and put cardboard folded along the sides and top before sealing but items are thrown around quite hard in shipping so certainly can understand how the display, which is only plastic, could have been damaged. With Poshmark's help, we should be able to make things right for you. Robbie

melcable1972 @rjsgems no worries. I'm happy with the flatware and that's the most important part of the whole order. We ended up just super gluing the rack together.

rjsgems @melcable1972 Melanie, Poshmark responded to my inquiry regarding extending assistance to you on the shipping damage. They suggested that you email them directly at support@poshmark.com to explain about the damage on the display. Perhaps they would place a credit on your account if I agree to pay a portion of the refund along with Poshmark. Please give that option consideration since packages are insured. Thank you, Robbie.
