I am dumbfounded to see that you opened a case stating there was an item missing from your bundle. I wish you knew how much time I spent finding a box and carefully packaging your bundle and how difficult it was for me to spend so much money to ship it to you. I almost reached out to cancel the order since it was costing me more than it was worth….but decided against it because it would not have been fair to you. I have been a seller for over 3 years and this has never happened. Shame on you!

I know you sent a nice note saying as such and I searched through all the little boxes you put in the bigger box and every piece of packaging and I cant find the book. It’s a 304 page big book so I don’t think it could be lost in there? Are you 100% it’s in there and didn’t accidentally get left out? Or did it get in a separate box? I’m new to buying here so I didn’t mean to offend you I thought I was doing what I was supposed to by stating what arrived and sending the pic of what I received.

I just checked through the box & packaging again and had my son look too with fresh eyes and I’m sorry it’s not here anywhere. The bowl & serving utensils arrived lovely and I’m very happy with them so I thank you for that.

@iowasugar Good morning. The book is basically the size of a high school yearbook so it is impossible to miss. I also have the receipt for the weight of the package and know the book was in there. I only shipped one other package that day and it was shirts that fit inside a soft envelope. I have no idea what else to say. I’m glad you like the other items and I want you to be happy with your purchase.

Hello Melanie. I put an explanation on your Bundle I had to cancel due to its size and total weight. Please do a bundle without the three framed items. Make an offer and I’ll ship tomorrow.
If you wish you could make a separate bundle of the two smaller glass framed items and offer an amount you are comfortable with. I’ll not be able to offer the large one at this time.
I am so disappointed I did not realize the overweight and oversized of your bundle that I had to cancel. ❤️😊❤️
