Meet your Posher, Melanie

Hi! I'm Melanie and I am the maker behind Mood + Mantle I am a Canadian artist living on the beautiful coast of the Pacific Northwest. All items in this shop are solely made by me, I design, cut, and quilt every single piece. My work pulls inspiration from a large variety of sources - the natural world around me, architecture, nostalgia and everything in between. I work mostly with cottons and linen fabrics and love to play with shapes and negative space. I make anything from wearable, useable pieces to one of a kind wall décor and larger quilts.
