trillstina i'm sooo sorry the dress you got from me was too small! I hate when that happens. It is a bodycon type style so it's supposed to be somewhat tight and that's why it has a stretch to it. It is an XL for womens as charlotte russe doesn't make childrens clothes. I wish i would have noticed that it ran small, i would have put that in the listing! Ultimately, i should have provided more information and i truly am sorry that you didn't receive what you expected and were let down.
