boybies0607 @hemydog1 hi, I just received the boots and they look great. The only thing is they are next to impossible to get on! I just broke out in a sweat trying to get my heel in the boot and couldn’t even get the second one on. Any advice?

hemydog1 @boybies0607 Hi! I'm glad you like them! They are a Gorgeous boot! I did not have problems getting them on. I would google them to see what some forums are saying. I know the leather gets softer and softer the more I wear them on my other Fryes.

boybies0607 @hemydog1 this is soooo disappointing!!! My husband is also trying to help me get them on. Using all different types of thin socks and still a huge struggle getting my heel in. Wondering if I should’ve looked for a 10.5. All my other shoes are 10. I’m so bummed. Unfortunately I can’t keep them.

hemydog1 @boybies0607 I hate that you can't get them on! I never thought of it being an issue as I did not have an issue and neither did some others that tried them on.

boybies0607 @hemydog1 I’m googling similiar situations and apparently other people wrote in saying one Frye boot is giving problems too. The heel is the culprit. This is ridiculous lol. I’m going to try a few more hacks and hopefully they work. Extended shoe horns and extra long trouser socks. Fingers crossed. I really do love them!
