katie00338 @mdisher Hi Melinda, I’m so glad they arrived on time and you like them. I contacted poshmark about the refund and they have been horrible to deal with. I have to wait about 7 hours between each response.. but I emailed them before shipping them and a few times since and they said that since the shoes were already shipped, that you would need to contact them to file a claim. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience.

I tried my best to get this done before they were even shipped. I was waiting for you to receive the package and read the letter so this would make sense. If you contact them, they can refund you the $11 I promised for the soles being a bit loose. I didn’t want you to be disappointed for such a big day. Take care and have a great time at the wedding. 😊
