zariashop Hi there, you purchased grey flats from me recently. I'm really sorry to say that I've been looking for them for 3 days and cannot find them. Really not sure what could have happened as I keep all my things together. So, if there's anything in my closet you like at all even if it's a few dollars more, please let me know and I'll be happy to send that instead. If not, you are able to cancel the order. ntpbmaxwell Don't sweat it; not the end of the world. Please let me know if they turned up. I was going to wear them at my son's wedding this November. There are other shoes out there but I will hope they turn up. I will get a refund and purchase if they do turn up.

ellejayz @ntpbmaxwell Was your bracelet in a little purse? There should've either been something in where the bracelet was or Seperate in the box. I'll check here to see if anything was left out. I did do several packaged that night. I'm so sorry if you didn't get anything! If your purchase was the one that was in the little purse you were supposed to get a little trinket box with a mirror & 3 polishing cloths in it. Did you get polishing cloths?

The shirt is after dry cleaning (even if it’s not expensive brand ) but it was in a closet hanging around one year , so for sure with time it will not be fresh ready to wear . suebuchholz Hi - I’m sorry to tell you the shirt I shipped to you was just returned to me by USPS damaged. The package I sent it to you in is COVERED in black ink. It went through the polymailer and the paper it was wrapped in and got on the shirt, I am filing a claim via USPS and sent this info to Posh requesting they refund you. 🙁 I’ve never had this happen before!
