Don’t buy a waist trainer they don’t help you lose weight or tighten skin or get rid of stretch marks. The picture @leonmel posted is of a BBG Mom on instagram, who lost weight through diet and exercise. This user STOLE another persons photos and progress (not through the use of a waist trainer and without their consent) to try and make sales.
