anetq @flowersinmay090 so poshmark replied that it’s not possible to change the shipping for items you’ve already purchased. but you can bundle up those items you didn’t pay yet and you will pay for shipping only once

flowersinmay090 @anetq would it be possible to cancelled all purchased items and bundle them together. I thought since you’re shipping them all together, I would just be charged for one shipping fee. I’m still new to this and not sure how everything works...

flowersinmay090 @anetq sorry for the delayed reply. I went through all items that I was interested in purchasing minus 3 items I’ve changed my mind about. I did add a new item Athleta charcoal hoodie that I had offer @$20 but all the prices for all the other items remains the same as we’ve originally negotiated. Thanks

anetq @flowersinmay090 Hi! I’m sorry I didn’t ship it yet because I have problem with shipping label. The package weight is 14lb and I wanted to upgrade the shipping label but the maximum weight is 10lb. I contacted poshmark support and they didn’t answer yet

anetq @flowersinmay090 Hi! Poshmark replied to my message: Unfortunately, if an order is over this 10 lb. weight limit, we are unable to support his order and provide a label to ship it out. We do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience! If the buyer is still interested in purchasing the items, we highly suggest having the buyer repurchase the items through two separate bundle orders to support our weight limit.

anetq @flowersinmay090 I think it will be easier if you would buy one more thing (of course if you are still interested) that you wanted to buy before- for example NWT Rachel Roy sweatshirt or free People Mini Dres that I can sell for the minimum price 3$ and I will send everything in two boxes. I’m no longer interested in this awful website and the way how they handle business. It clearly said free shipping on my purchases and now they want me to pay!!!??? I I also wanted to let you know how disgusted I was with them prior to my purchased with you.

flowersinmay090 @anetq . I received and awful letter from them demanding for my identification “because I was buying too much from their website “ lol!! And they were concerned that it’s fraud! Who is that stupid enough to download and app and input their bank info onto a cellphone???!!! And besides that, I’ve been purchasing for a month.

And what really pissed me off was the person whom wrote me this nasty letter did not introduce themselves to let me know how they are associated or what their title is with Poshmark. How am I supposed to believe or give more identity or bank info to an anonymous person that claims she’s with postmark!! ??? Scammers! Be careful dealing with theses idiots, they don’t seem to know what they’re doing.

I have everything prepared to ship and was about to ship it on Friday and this issue came up when I wanted to print the shipping label 😞 I wrote another message to poshmark asking them to contact you.

I don’t understand how this person could write me and demanded I give her personal info about me and my banking when she couldn’t state whom she is how she’s affiliated with poshmark !!!??? Ridiculous, right??!!! She’s doesn’t have the professionalism to write me back or give me a phone call?? She’s obviously ashamed of herself or should be!!! I’m going to wait to hear back. Thanks

anetq @flowersinmay090 it’s crazy. This is what got : As we have mentioned before, we are unable to provide an overweight shipping label to an order if it is over our weight limit of 10 pounds. Unfortunately we are unable to directly contact a user for this issue. We kindly ask that you please have the buyer reach out to us directly. We would be happy to explain this shipping issue to them and assist them with this issue to ensure that they also have a pleasant experience on their end!
