kimberlybphoto I’m sorry you feel that out transaction was 4 stars..You mentioned I could improve on packaging, ship time, seller responsiveness and item description. I shipped your items the following day (would have been same day but my daughter had an event at school at which I was helping) and items were wrapped in tissue inside priority mail packaging. I’m not sure how I could have had better responsiveness when I did not receive any questions or communication from you to respond to.

kimberlybphoto I would have been happy to ship inside a box ( not envelope) and added a bow if requested. I also believe I included a little thank you note as well but I was shipping 6 things out that day and it’s possible that I missed that. I work very hard at this and want people to be happy and I just needed to say your rating baffles me but I hope your next purchase hits all your targets.

jacobncali @kimberlybphoto I think I may have read it wrong when I left the review? I checked those things as I thought you did well not that you could improve. You shipped very fast and packaging was appropriate. I did 4 stars not 5 because the white/ black splattered leggings have quite a bit of pilling that wasn’t mentioned.
