me63301 @nakiea12 Thank you for your response. There are at least 9 clear crystals missing and at least 8 brown missing. Far more than the extras that were provided. Your pics just didn’t show the worst section. Even though they are new, they are damaged. If you would accept a return, I would appreciate it if it’s possible at this point. If not, then I will accept whatever you are willing to do and think is fair.

me63301 Hi. I just got back into town and opened my package. Is it too late to return it? I’m sorry. It’s a beautiful coat. I looked up charts for a size 44 men’s though, and everything said XL to XXL men’s equivalent. I’m a female size medium/large and it fits me, but the person I bought it for is much larger. There’s no way it will fit her.😕
