missjoojoobee @janolemiss @janolemiss on the mobile app, tap the bottom right corner icon which should read your user name...this is what’s referred to as the Account tab...the 3rd item down in that menu is “Refer Friends” or something to that effect...your user name is your referral/invite code. So mine is missjoojoobee....no “@“ symbol.

Im fairly new to poshmark but there should be a way to open a case against this seller to get your money back. Wish i could be of more help. I been through a trajic death then last week i was in a car accident leaving my back broke in 3 places & a brain bleed. So you can imagine my confusion.

janolemiss @kimjudd831 I think you can go to where you made the transaction with that seller and click on report a problem, then state your issue. I do know when i ship anything, it is automatically tracked the minute it is scanned at the post office.
