@dianna9866 I was surprised too. The bag is lovely, but wow..its very big. More of a tote. Was to give to my mama, but dont think shell use a large bag. Not sure what to do with it now. The sweater is gorgeous. Love it. Did not receive extra items. Why do you ask? Didnt mean to leave harsh feedback. In retrospect our dealings were satisfying. I was just a bit disappointed.with the bag...shouldve mentioned the positives too.

I refuse to accept this return the customer has damaged my item these boots were not ship to her this way they are a crumpled mess torn and busted and I will never be able to sell them now these boots were in excellent condition when they were sent to her as you can see from the pictures in my listing please post the money to my account instantly and I certainly hope you do not refund her. This is completely unacceptable.
