melissacolbert @bella214777 I just received the ring. The packaging and note were wonderful, but are you sure the ring is authentic? My mom has one of the original 11mm black orchids and this one is completely different. Additionally, the back is closed and the setting is completely different. Both my mom and my black orchid is more gray than purple.

bella214777 @melissacolbert Hi! Apparently there are several versions of this style. I have the larger black orchid that is identical to the smaller one you purchased. Yes it is definitely authentic. I had them both cleaned at my jeweler & verified. There should be a card of authenticity tucked in the pouch from my jeweler. Enjoy! 🍹🍸🍷

bella214777 @melissacolbert Hi Melissa! Just to put your mind at ease, I'm going to tag you for another listing that is the larger version. I'm pretty sure it's exactly like the one you just bought. It's identical to the one I wear. The back is closed b/c the black hematite backing gives the stone a darker more purple color. My birthstone is amethyst & this is by far the best color I have ever owned! I love it!!!
