I can do two things: Send you a full refund for the item or give a large discount on another item in closet. Just let me know which option you’d prefer. missyballo @seasonsofflavor thank you for reaching out. This is the second item I’ve purchased off Poshmark that has a musty odor, even after washing. I would very much like to return this for a full refund. Please let me know how to proceed.

seasonsofflavor @missyballo I’m super sad to hear that. If this happens again you have 3-days from the time your item is dropped off and makes delivered to open a case and report any issues. Poshmark handles the return when you do this, I hope you continue to shop on Poshmark, it’s a great resource for resale items. I will send you check and feel free to donate/recycle the item.
