modernotzi Hi Melissa...I just saw your follow up review on the Danskos. Soooo very sorry to hear about these shoes. We try very hard not to ever run into this problem but have a couple of times. Unfortunately, as sellers, we don't always know how old a shoe is or its history and can sometimes get a beautiful "dud". I will be sending you a full refund, including shipping and sales tax, to your address on file. Again, so sorry the issues with these Danskos. Have a great week and Keep On Poshin!
