mel_beck Hi love! I am sending this today overnight-but everytime I contact posh over things they just give a refund after I send an extremely long email explaining it and they don’t even send responses bc if I cancelled they lose the 20 so i understand. But a) I shipped so late and b) my bf I make double check everything is perfect bc I steam and rewash every item before it goes out-but as were at the post office he was like oh did you think it was a cream dress not white

mel_beck bc I keep a packing list-and I’m like no white. Everything was already sealed up in the post office. up. So I quickly devised a plan-I googled the kind of fabric since I Washed with a dab of bleach alternative(I’m veg and chemical sensitive so I am super careful) and it said anything white may be dyed white and don’t ever use any oxiclean or bleach-and I was like omg what does it look like

mel_beck So what I was going to do is send you a dress same size that’s actually cream-offer you any item in my listings slash I will search for a similar one and send you a visa gift card for 25 dollars or any amount you please and I will overnight it so you get it tomorrow morning. I can’t think of anything else bc I will post pics of all of this and I was just gonna mail you the gift cards and brand new items ect-

mel_beck That’s what I’ve done before when I accidentally sent the wrong item and someone else bought it bc I never want a dissatisfied customer it means a lot that a package from me is a deal and makes you smile and I saw that the other one is out for delivery so I got super scared a whiteish dress will arrive with lateness too I’m so sorry !

mel_beck And I am always posh compliant so I don’t want them thinking I am not being so I would just immediately spend the day finding a better new package and going to get a gift card so you can purchase whatever and anything else-but I am not breaking a rule but like I want you to know everything is on its way and creating a listing with proof of a gift card is a horrible idea. 😆😅

mel_beck So If you’re ok with sending your email I will provide it all for you so you know it’s really not a piece of plastic and there’s a whole package of goodies-please let me know if I can do anything else and if you’d like/need anything else ASAP so I will also send you the overnight tracking info. I’d never ask someone to hold off on a rating bc it’s totally your choice I just want to make up for the possible white and off white moment😌💕
