my2munchkins @melissa804911 hi Melissa this is Sarah. Ordered the dress from me that you have a case Open on. I have received no information on what the problem is. I would greatly appreciate if you would let me know. Unless I accidentally sent you the wrong dress in haste then I'm completely confused. Will you please explain the issue? Thank you.

melissa804911 @my2munchkins I ended up getting a pair of new AE capris, instead of any dress. I believe it was just a mix up, however, I have to find something else to wear for this wedding now and someone else will be heart broke when they realize thier new capris are a dress.

my2munchkins @melissa804911 I checked w/ the lady who ordered capris & she has the dress. Looked @ cal. is wedding wkend of the 6/7? If so maybe I can cancel the orders so you won't pay, & let you mail items. It would skip me and save time. Youd only pay the sh/ of the items to the other cust. Which should be less than original orders. Please if you have better idea let me know! I am truly so very sorry. But I'd really at least ❤️ to get the dress there for the wedding if possible. what do you thk?

my2munchkins Hi Melissa, me again! Question: can u cancel the Posh case? If so, and release the $ I will over night a refund (check) to both u & the other lady. Requesting that she overnights or 2 day ships the dress to you using that $. I don't think she needs hers that quickly so you can ship hers anything under the amt of your refund. I want to fix this. I don't know how "Posh" does it or how long it takes. I would just like to make you a happy & satisfied customer. 😊

my2munchkins @melissa804911 if she's ok with it I'll give you her address maybe in your email or something like that. I don't think she'll mind waiting till Fri to mail them but I can always make sure. Not sure how to cancel case. You might just have to play around with it. See if a button to hit that says cancel on it as you move through the case. I've written too for help trying to cancel the orders. But this way works better/faster. I don't think I can do anything from my end. Is the wedding the 6/7th?

my2munchkins @melissa804911 Morning Melissa! Update: Posh emailed you a no cost label to print off w/ the other cust. address on it. Just tape over previous one and drop in mail box or at PO. I requested that she please mail yours ASAP since yours was for a wedding. I hope all this works out well and the dress looks gorgeous! Again I truly apologize for the anxiety and inconvenience this has caused you. It was truly an accident. Thank you for trying to help and understanding. Sarah
