clothandcedar Hello. It looks like your postal worker tried to deliver the purse you bought from me yesterday and it is now being held at the post office. Did you get a note saying you should pick it up at your post office??

marlissa2006 @clothandcedar ok, I just got home and I did have a paper in my mailbox. It also says that the reason they couldn’t deliver was that it requires $7.12 for shipping???

clothandcedar @marlissa2006 oh my goodness. Well that has to be a mistake since the postage was prepaid. I am going to contact Poshmark and see if I can figure this out.

clothandcedar I haven't heard anything back from poshmark yet. I'm so so sorry about you having to deal with this. Is there a phone number to contact on the slip you got in the mail? I need to figure out if the shipping issue is with the box it was packaged in or the weight of the package so I know where we can go from here.

clothandcedar Sometimes if the package is shipped in a 'flat rate' box certain post offices will try to upcharge even though they are not supposed to. If this is the case, I have a copy of a USPS letter saying this packaging is approved to be used without additional shipping. I can send this letter to you and you should be able to show it to the post office and get the package without paying anything.

moonkitten15 @marlissa2006 hi I was going to ship the mary janes to you but noticed that the sole is coming off slightly in the front. I can of course still ship it but I can’t repair them reliably myself. I think it’s best if I cancel the order. Sorry about that again. They were in storage so I didn’t see them until Sunday.
