melbellawarren @jessicalouise11 yes got it, thanks! I know shipping costs stink! I just really don't want to let the dress go for less than $30. One of those dresses I'm sad to sell but I don't wear it so it's stupid to hold onto. Anyway, I think I countered at $28 that's the lowest I really want to go. Hope you understand! Happy shopping!
