ppamprrd @melissaandrews2 Melissa, I am very saddened by your rating. That silver cuff has a lot of meaning to me. It is vintage Pipis purchased in Greece. I tried on and photographed before shipping. It is not new and has minor scratches on silver. Please describe what you mean by damage? If you are disappointed, you can send me back cuff. If it is in same condition as my photos, you can ship back to me, and I will address directly with you, but I would request that you change my rating.

ppamprrd @melissaandrews2 Melissa, I contacted Posh directly to see if they could help me cancel sale and return your money. Normally, within 3 days, you have to explain damage, not as described, take pics etc to get a refund. I would never compromise my 5 Star rating over an upset customer. Both listings and pics for my cuff have detailed notes as to condition. I never would have allowed sale. Posh hasn't gotten back to me yet as to how I can proceed. 1 star killed my rating. I want to cancel too.

ppamprrd Good morning, please explain damage on cuff and upload pics so I can explain to support. You took 10 days to say anything, so it is going to be tough to prove you didn't cause the damage yourself. So far, you haven't explained any issues? The cuff is 27 yrs old, so normal wear and tear does not constitute damage. Please advise. I have detailed pictures and descriptions prior to sending to you and I wrapped extremely carefully for shipping.

I'm mother sure what has happened with the Braclet, mabey it was banged in shipping. But one side of the embellished on top is broken lose. I'm not sure how to attach a picture to this conversation. I'm sorry. I've tried.

ppamprrd Poshmark doesn't seem to be responding to my request to cancel the sale. An would be for you to mail back the cuff at my address and assuming it is in the same vintage condition, I can return $75 less 20% commission that Poshmark takes. Please write back to me if this is what she would like to do. I can give you my email and address to mail the cuff back. I will then mail a check. You then change my rating back to a 5 Star since I have worked with you to resolve this matter.

ppamprrd Melissa, I truly am sorry to hear about your mom. I can tell you with absolute certainty that I would never, ever sell or mail a cuff in that condition. I took detailed pictures prior to mailing. Perhaps, you can contact Posh support and see if there is insurance to cover it. I wrapped it very, very carefully. It sounds like we are both completely stuck. I can't take back a cuff that's broken. I guess I am stuck with the rating. Its a bummer. Sorry for both of us.😢

ppamprrd @melissaandrews2 Melissa, I did really try with Poshmark support. They simply will not address with me. Please try to reach support (you can email easily via your profile in contact support) and maybe they will cancel sale and return your funds. If not, then please consider changing my rating back to a 5 because I did not sell damaged goods and it is very harmful to my Posh reputation and it's hard for me to believe you would want to do that to a fellow Posher.

ppamprrd @balticqueen Thx. Yes, it was over two years ago, and my rating is 5 star. I have 100s of 5 stars, so after a while, her rating didn't matter. It was upsetting though that she would not change it, considering that she got her money back, kept the cuff, and it wasn't broken when she received it. She only broke it after wearing it. I remember it well. It was very upsetting!
