akb60 hey I'm so sorry for the delay getting your kate spade wallet. the tracking number is linked with a previous shipment and is not tracking properly through the system on my end. I'm not sure what you are seeing tracking wise on your end. I have contacted USPS several times this week. The package is in MI but has not moved in several days. They are checking to see where it is at and contacting me Monday. I hope you receive it by then 🙏 Again I'm so sorry for this delay it is out of my control.

akb60 @melimel062 Hey so sorry I've been working and was unable to contact the post office before they closed last night. I spoke with them today and they are telling me to file a lost package claim. I am also in the process of talking to customer service with Poshmark. The package is in Allen brooke MI and has been there for a week.

akb60 @melimel062 They believe that package is stuck in a bin somewhere in the facility. They sent them an email with no response yet. My local post office is keeping an eye on it. I'm so sorry I have never had this happen before

I'm just praying that it will randomly show up to your house lol My local post office has not heard anything back either from Allen Brooke MI facility where it is apparently. So sorry again

They keep saying it was delivered because it's linked with another package with the same tracking #. I don't have anything else I can do and there is no physical person to talk to either. My local post office has not heard from Allen Brook MI either. I'm sorry again. I still hope it shows up 🙏
