jacigoodman Hi, you purchased some adorable pale pink moccasins from my closet. However, when I pulled them from storage I saw that the sole had started to separate from the shoe. I think it was due to being stored in the garage in the south Texas heat. I am so sorry but I had to cancel order as I would never want to ship a damage product. My apologies!!!

glamvault I am sorry you were not fully satisfied with the UGG sneakers due to them being a little dirty. I tried to take very detailed pictures and even said that they needed some cleaning in the item description. Thanks for the feedback. Happy Holidays.
