lwschlprncss @meliiposh Hi Melissa! I'm not sure what happened, but the post office attempted to deliver your package yesterday. For some reason, the system is saying the package "was refused" at 2:48pm! I've never encountered this situation in the almost 4 years I've been on Posh, so I'm not certain if they'll attempt Delivery again today or if you need to contact them and make arrangements for re-delivery/pick up...

lwschlprncss @meliiposh I emailed Posh Support to ask them, so if I get a response before I hear back from you, I'll let you know what Posh advised. In the interim, whenever you respond to a fellow posher, you need to make certain you include their closet name (as I did for you in the very beginning of these messages) so that person received a notification from Posh that there's a message for them. It's difficult to remember at first, but the more you communicate with others the easier it becomes to recall!

meliiposh @lwschlprncss Hello! During other purchases, this has never happened either! I contacted the local NYC post office and it turns out they left the package OUTSIDE my side door yesterday when I was not home @ 2:48pm but selected "Refused" for some bizarre reason! Rest assured, I have the parcel now (which was beautifully packaged btw!) and will hit "Accept" so Posh can release the funds to you - is that okay?? This was my 1st Posh purchase & I was hoping everything would go smoothly!
