sunbumm11 Hi, Posh approved the return for the Burberry watch, but they're saying since I bought it as part of a bundle I have to return BOTH items. I'm actually interested in keeping the duffle. mattpaulson Good morning. I just wanted to tell you that I shipped the Coach Foldover Card Case that you bought from me on Friday. I distinctly remember packaging it and dropping it off at the post office. Poshmark is still not showing any tracking on the shipment. I have notified Poshmark of the issue, and I will have to see what they say. I'm sorry if there is a delay. I do not know why it isn't tracking.

mattpaulson @sheltonmj shoot. There definitely seems to be a problem here. I know exactly when and where I shipped it which was in a package drop off at my downtown post office last Friday around 5:15 PM. I will stop by that post office this afternoon to see if anything can be figured out. I'm sorry for the hassle. I will update you after I talk with the post office. Rest assured that if the post office or Poshmark does not make it right, I will.

mattpaulson @sheltonmj I stopped by the post office where I mailed it, and I talked to the supervisor, Harlan Ter Haar. He was not able to find any tracking on it either, and he said he will dig into it. It definitely seems to be lost in the postal system. He said he will follow up with me by email next week. I'd like to give him a chance to try to track it down, but I'm also willing to try to file an inquiry online if the USPS site lets me at some point next week.

mattpaulson Since it is a Priority package, it should be covered by postal insurance. I don't know how that works when the scan is not showing up in the system. As I eluded to earlier, if they don't cover this, I will. I think that would mean that I just cancel the sale.

mattpaulson @sheltonmj I did use a Poshmark label. I never ship any other way. I’m sorry for the hassle and delay. I was hoping when I went to the post office that he’d do a physical search and it would just show up hidden behind a bin or something.
