caiteliza Hey! I'm sorry you didn't like the condition of the shirt, did the stains come out with bleach? If not I can give you a refund. I'm sorry it didn't work out for you. Let me know, usually posh is really good about returns if the buyer didn't like what they got. Let me know and we can see what we can do!:) sorry about that. I have had these clothes for a long time and don't check condition regularly I need to.

mkdaly @caiteliza hi. Yah sorry to be a pain but the shirt has a ton of tiny stains and along with the cut tags I was pretty bummed when I got the shirt. Especially since you have been so incredibly kind. Just not what your listing described. I would actually really appreciate a return/ refund, I have already contacted Posh support to figure out how to proceed. I orally appreciate you reaching out. So what’s the next step?

caiteliza @mkdaly no worries iwould be annoyed too. Sorry that the stains didn't come out,posh should contact you shortly. Or I can maybe see if you can just get your refund and keep the item if you even wanted it still, otherwise they may have to have you ship it back to me, then once I receive it, they will refund you :) sorry about that, I hope they get back with you soon!
