damya50 Hi Melissa Just wanted to let you know that if you bought anything from j l i n d z 85, please have it checked out by a professional at Tiffany's because I bought a necklace and bracelet set from her and it turns out that it's not real not authentic and I knew it wasn't the minute I open the package and of course I contacted Tiffany's and I contacted Poshmark is well with an email and pictures. When I took it into Tiffany's and was told by them it was not authentic.

Impartial says that they don't allow this and they will kick you off if you sell anything that is fake or non authentic well then why is she still on here? Is what I want to know I'm just waiting on my $291 refund from posh and then she was real hateful the girl was when I confronted her it was ridiculous

nicolemd23 @damya50 so disheartening! :( I am so glad you said something. I will have it checked and I hope it is real too. It's awful if people are on here to take advantage of others. Poshmark needs to step up their protection against this in my opinion. I found it hard to contact anyone in customer service and even after you do it's 48 hours before a response that is vague.

damya50 I have a hard time believing that there is no consequences for her actions with Poshmark and in their little statement that they have when you read it it says that they do not allow that and they kick people off that sell fake things you know things that are not authentic but they're allowing her to stay on Poshmark which I think is a joke. But karma is a you know!!!

I also want her put off of Poshmark but obviously that's not going to happen and I intend to email Poshmark and ask them what are the consequences for her doing this you know there should be something and I'm not going to take you know anything less then we're putting her off of Poshmark I mean that's just the way it is in the way it should be

I hope it is just that I got lucky bc at this point I couldn't get confirmation but I figured it will have to be a loss for me and they can't do anything for me. however I will be more vigilant. I hope poshmark takes care of this. so sad this happened to you. please keep me posted! I will look out as well and if I find out this is not real I will keep you posted. ugh. what a hassel!! 🙁

damya50 @nicolemd23 hi,one way to tell if the piece you have is fake,is if there is a line in the round pieces that connect to the clasp has a visible line.If so and you can pull it apart than it's not authentic.Also, if there is no trademark anywhere on the jewelry it's not real. That is 2 ways you can tell. There are several other ways as you will find on you tube as well.
