I have had a delayed scan once before with the same post office but it still got to it's destination in due time so it is probably just whoever does the scans that day. Just wanted to touch base with you so you are not in the dark.

A “accidental purchase” will only get approved IF the buyer makes ONE offer and it’s accepted OR if it’s purchased “Buy Now”... You & I were going back and forth negotiating. Your more than welcome to contact but, I’ve been buying and selling long enough to know that it won’t be approved. Sorry for trying to get your order shipped out the same day
