golden_gal1 I wish you would have contacted me for an exchange vs. not saying anything and leaving me a one-star. I am always happy to exchange and make sure my customers are for life and satisfied 100%. However, in the future, you should give the seller the opportunity to at least rectify. Your set came in a well-wrapped gift box with candy, a card and was shipped within 24 hours.---- 1 Star?

missycoola @golden_gal1 the quality was garbage and most likely counterfeit. Not Victoria's secret. I really don't want another knock off, so I take my loss and want others to know that it is not quality before they order. I'm sorry, I'm sure you're a nice person but the bras your selling are not. Thanks for the candy and box though.

golden_gal1 @missycoola I'm sorry, you feel the way you do. As the ad states, these are factory seconds, and they are authentic. However, 1 out of 50 people end up disappointed in two ways; the size they went with was not the size recommended in the ad (it states to size up). And the other way is some people expect these bras/panties to come straight from the store without any sign of factory seconds. Reading the ad can avoid these things.

missycoola @golden_gal1 The underwires popped out the very 1st day I wore them, while I was wearing them. The size was fine. When I spend $40 on an undergarment I expect it to last longer than 1 day! It was low quality at full price, PERIOD! My rating was not towards you as a person, it was the quality of the item you sold me. I'm sorry you can't accept or understand that. Good day.
