jes71 @crazybeautylady Hello, sorry to hear you don’t like the bag. I am not sure I understand what you mean by the small strap being cut off. Could you send me a picture? I did put the tassel for the bag inside the purse but that just attaches with the clip. This is a cross body purse with just one strap. Please send me pictures.

crazybeautylady @jes71 I do not know how to send pictures. This purse is an older model that isn’t made anymore. The newer ones are made similar, but smaller and only have the crossbody strap. On this model, where the chains dangle used to be a small strap that was cut off by someone.

jes71 @crazybeautylady The bag only had a crossbody strap. There is a key keeper with a clip attached inside the purse. I have looked over all the pictures I posted and could not see anything cut. Maybe I just didn’t see what you see. However, cut or not, you do not seem to be happy with the bag. That’s fine, I will gladly accept the return. Very sorry your disappointed.

jes71 I have been trying to find similar bags. I did find one that’s close and it has a shoulder strap, short one, and a crossbody strap.If the purse I sold you originally came with a short strap and it’s not there I am sorry. I bought the bag used and did not alter it. I never realized there was anything missing. I described it as a crossbody with a crossbody strap. That’s how I bought it.

smartgirlsummer Hi. This particular bag only comes in the two sizes the big and small. I got measurements off the bag I ordered online at Longchamp store. I ordered both. I also measured and I think they included the yellow tabs in measurements when I did that it was right. I guess it is part of the bag after all lol. I pulled the canvas completely down and it may have been a half cenemeter or so off but I thought it was my measuring. I'm sorry you are not happy with the bag. Is there anything I can do?

crazybeautylady @smartgirlsummer thank you for your response. There is also some “bubbling” on the front of the bag. I took a picture of it, but I don’t know how to send it to you. I would not have ordered this bag if I’d known the measurements were off or that there was bubbling of the fabric. I was home when it was delivered and I opened it right away- I was so excited to get it! I’d like to return the bag and get a full refund.
