mmadonna40 @craftygmom You did the right thing. Poshmark has a No returns policy. However, she might open a case to try to return them. Poshmark will ask you to show any photos you have or give you the chance to tell your side of the story. If that happens be VERY CLEAR and if you have extra photos also send those. But you are not required to take the return. It happens sometimes but not very often I wouldn't worry about it. ❤😘💋
