oth2016 Hey I tried commenting to you the charms I purchased from you are fake and they don't even close after they are opened? Can you please help me out? This is unfair you told me they were Authentic pandora when I purchased.

vols17 @oth2016 l bought them in good faith that they were Authentic. I was assured by the seller that they were. I wouldn't sell something that l thought to be fake. I am so sorry but all it tells me is your order is in review. I will check on it today and see what it says.

oth2016 @vols17 I told posh that I don't think it was sold to me fake intentionally. But they are guaranteed fake. I sent the pictures in they are indeed fake. I am sooo upset because I was so excited for them. I don't know what to do with them. I took them to three different pandoras and I did try to message u a few times and received no response

vols17 @oth2016 l am sorry but l haven't received anything messages. And no there is no way l would sell something that's not authentic that's why l done a deep search for them before l bought them. Like l said l will see what l can find out.

vols17 @oth2016 I just contacted them and told them you wanted to return them. I also told them l would never intentionally buy or sell charms that weren't authentic and last l thank Poshmark for taking time to review the case. I just feel sick about it as well. Because like l told you l was assured they were authentic. I wouldn't take chance of losing my selling privileges to sell something that wasn't authentic. I hope this helps.

vols17 @oth2016 I am trying to help. Maybe they will read my message and make a decision. I just tried being honest with them. I will pray that things will work out for you. Like l said before l just feel bad l wouldn't have thought that seller would lie to me. It's so hard finding someone you can trust now days.

oth2016 @vols17 I appreciate the friendly help but I am out 78$ and stuck with three charms that ruined my entire pandora experience! It's killing me and the annoying hassle and constant going back and forth. I received a bracelet and that came fake but the seller agreed the return and gave me my money back but this one is taking long. Well tomorrow is Monday so I am hoping a response comes in this week. Or I will have to open a case with my credit card bc I am upset 😔😔

oth2016 @vols17 make sure you get your money back. Like this is so messed up people trying to sell other unauthentic charms! This is my second order so far that came out fake. It just took over a week to deal with a return but thanks for being supportive

vols17 @oth2016 I am happy for you. Yeah Poshmark sent me a email and a warning that if the charms weren't mine l needed to make sure they were Authentic if not they would suspend me. I told them l was assured they were authentic. I guess l will have to double check everything. And you can count on me contacting the seller.
