Hi Melissa, I'm sorry you're not happy with the wallet. It is an old retired pattern and is in the same condition I purchased it in (as shown in photos). I'll gladly accept a return but you may have to start the process on your end. Kavu collectors are usually aware that old patterns (unless sold as new), will not be in perfect condition.
