I am sorry to see you rated the H&M sweatshirt so low. I am a top rated seller and would like to see what you were so unhappy about your purchase. I have had a 4.9 star rating since 2016 on this site, can you please let me know the reason for such a low rating was? I gave you the lowest possible price after a couple days negotiating with you, but I would be happy to accept a return if you are not happy. Thank you.

@sunnysideposh hi, I did not rate that with any malice, I received it looking more faded than shown in pictures. That’s all. I can change the rating if you would like? I expected it being darker and in a little bit better condition based on the photos pictured.
