gypsysway Hi, I’m sorry the boots were not as you expected. This is the way that they are. If you look at the pictures they are like that in the pictures I show. It’s ok, is you look at the other pair that my sister in-law had in my closet Exact same boot it you look at the pics of that pair, they are the same way as well

shopbohomama @gypsysway I’m sorry as well.. I don’t know why they’re like that.. but they were literally crunchy or something like they got wet? And the packaging was half opened when it arrived. They had a crust on them that looks like mold or something. The other boots you have listed that sold look WAY better than these do, and I’ve seen these exact boots in person.. They look nothing like what I received.
