denamariesta69 @mpashnt32 righty. it won’t until I lower the price after you like the item. so if you can cancel your offer - that may be the issue … I think PM only offers discounted shipping on me lowering after likes … not on the potential buyer making an offer. hope that makes sense …? if I don’t see that you cancel it soon I will decline it so you can then purchase based on you liking it which I see you have … and then PM should def offer the shipping discount. :) hope this makes sense.
