aussieenvy I am so sorry. Those earrings are more delicate than most. I have never had this happen. I just spoke to the lady I purchased them from. She is kindly replacing them. That packages never tracked so it concerns me about shipping care. Either way, I know you were looking forward to them and I am sorry.
