jdcox514 I'm still waiting to hear from you regarding the refund on the FP dress I sent back to you two weeks ago per your suggestion. I'm fairly new to Poshmark, and I know now to go through them if returning something, but I believed you when you said I could simply send the dress back to you and you would refund me. I sincerely hope you honor your word. Thanks.

I’m in Michigan with a dear family friend who just passed and doing celebration of life plans and I’ve just been outside my normal self. I will figure out how to do the refund for you today. enchantedmeliss @jdcox514 Ho Janet, thank you for your kind words. I’ve been looking for the way to process the refund and I believe it has to come through Poshmark. I believe if you click on Problem with order, they will contact me for a response and I can let them know you’ve returned the item and the refund should be processed to you ASAP.

jdcox514 @enchantedmeliss Hi again, I did do that but I'm not sure if it will work since it's been more than 72 hours since I received the dress and I did accept the order. Let's see if you get contacted by Poshmark to initiate a return. If not, the best way may be to go through a third party system such as V**** or P**P** (Poshmark literally won't let me write those words as it flags the system into thinking we are trying to do an outside deal). Let me know what works for you.

enchantedmeliss @jdcox514 Hello Janet! Poshmark is going to get the order refunded through them, which is how it really needed to be done. I received their response at 2:45 today so I’m thinking you should be receiving your refund soon. I will let you know when I receive confirmation of it, as well! Melissa
