sdwalters73 I got a message back from customer service. They reached out to her but no response. They apologized but said to cancel the order if no reply. So I cancelled my order and it may take up to 10 days to get my money back. I hope it's sooner. I wish there was a better resolution to this. I wish you better luck in reaching her. I don't understand it.
