mel_lemke @mamatickles Hi Susan - just received the dress in the mail, it really is stunning! Unfortunately, there is a tear about 1.5” on the back, right seam in addition to the one you had repaired. I don’t want to report the item as damaged cause I’m unsure as to how that can negatively affect your account. I think $20 credited towards the dress would be fair to cover the cost of repairing the damage? Let me know what you think, thanks for all your help so far.

mamatickles @mel_lemke I wanted to apologize for my delay in getting back to you. My daughter was in a car accident yesterday and I didn’t see your message until this evening. Fortunately she will be ok just shook us all up pretty badly. I’m glad you like the dress and I’m totally good with a $20 credit if you can figure out how we make that adjustment.

mel_lemke @mamatickles I’m so sorry to hear about your daughter, I hope she’s okay!! I’m not sure if there’s a way to adjust the price after the purchase has been made. Maybe you can look at the sale and see? If not, maybe just send a check?
