light999 @melissa7979 I don’t know I have never sold on there before. THey sent me an email saying they told you To ship. Maybe you don’t get paid until I receive it? I have bought a few things now and everyone asks me to “accept the order” after I receive it. So maybe posh holds funds from sellers until they send ? I don’t know. can you let me know if you don’t figure it out today and I will cancel? Wanted to get these as a gift but will be after Xmas that they get here if they don’t ship ASAP. Thanks!

I ordered shoes from Melissa on Dec 7 but she doesn’t have a shipping label and doesn’t see her seller funds so she hasn’t shipped. Can you walk us through the way it works so that she can ship and I can get the shoes. Thank you so much in advance!

fashionfanatic3 @light999 @melissa7979 Ok, so Melissa, go to “My Sales” and click on the order from @light999. The order info will pop up and at the very bottom of the screen it will say “download shipping label”. So then download it to your computer and proceed to print it out. There is also another option if you need a new shipping label just in case. So, print out the label and ship the order priority mail express.

When @light999 receives the package she must accept it (under My Purchases) once she accepts the order, the funds will go into Melissa’s posh account under “My Balance” and then Melissa can either use the money to spend on Posh or direct deposit which she can redeem to her bank. Hope this helps!

fashionfanatic3 @light999 @melissa7979 I'm so sorry you guys had to cancel the order and my advice didn't help! Don't let this discourage you at all though! Selling and purchasing things on Posh is fairly easy, but it takes a few times to really get the hang of things! Let me know if I can help you again in the future ok!
